Immunodiagnostics in Uppsala
This position is based at our Uppsala site, where Thermo Fisher Scientific develops and manufactures diagnostic solutions that support the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of allergy, asthma and autoimmune diseases. Our immunodiagnostics business has approximately 1,900 colleagues globally and is a world leader in in vitro allergy diagnostics and a leading provider of autoimmune diagnostics in Europe.
How will you make an impact?
We are looking for a motivated Process Engineer to join our Process Engineering team within Production Support.
In this role, you will drive technical and process improvements that strengthen production quality, safety and capacity. Working closely with Production and cross-functional teams, you will solve technical challenges, improve manufacturing processes and contribute to projects that support the continued development of our Uppsala site.
What will you do?
You will provide technical support to Production and lead process improvements, investigations and smaller technical projects. You will also contribute to larger cross-functional projects, collaborating with colleagues across Production, Engineering, Research & Development, Supply Chain, Sourcing and Quality Assurance, as well as external partners and suppliers.
