If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Summary</h2><div><p>To support our extraordinary teams that create great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a <b>Process Engineer – Mechanical Assembly</b> located in Guadalajara, North Campus.</p><p>Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the role of <b>Process Engineer – Mechanical Assembly</b> involves developing, optimizing, and sustaining mechanical assembly processes to ensure cost, quality, and delivery objectives are achieved across the manufacturing organization.</p><p></p><h2><b>What a regular day looks like:</b></h2><ul><li>Mechanical assembly process control, monitoring, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Direct communication with internal teams and OEM customers regarding process changes, requirements, and technical updates.</li><li>Evaluate proposed designs and processes for <b>manufacturability (DFM / DFA)</b>.</li><li>Establish and validate robust, repeatable, and reproducible process parameters.</li><li>Lead activities focused on cycle time reduction, efficiency improvements, and optimization of assembly flow.</li><li>Evaluate and select materials, fixtures, tools, and equipment required for mechanical assembly operations.</li><li>Implement and analyze <b>statistical process control (SPC)</b> for new and existing products.</li><li>Drive continuous development of manufacturing techniques that strengthen operational capabilities.</li><li>Develop, review, and update manufacturing documentation (work instructions, PFMEA, control plans, flow diagrams).</li><li>Collaborate with production on all activities related to new process implementation or process transfer.</li><li>Support training development and provide training to production personnel for new processes or technologies.</li></ul><p></p><h2><b>Experience we are looking to add to our team:</b></h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field).</li><li>Experience as a Process Engineer within the electronics or manufacturing industry, with emphasis on <b>mechanical assembly processes</b>.</li><li>Knowledge of PCBA and mechanical assembly processes.</li><li>Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.</li><li>Strong skills in preparing technical reports and documentation.</li><li>Excellent communication skills when interacting with OEM customers.</li><li>Familiarity with FMEA, DOE, SPC, and statistical analysis tools.</li></ul><p></p><h2><b>What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:</b></h2><ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Life & Medical Insurance</li><li>Christmas Bonus</li><li>Food Coupons</li><li>Saving Fund</li></ul><p></p><p>PA91</p></div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Category</h2>Production Engineering<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Required Skills:</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Optional Skills:</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
