<p>In this role, what you will do:</p><ul><li>Enhance product quality by identifying manufacturing challenges, developing cost‑effective solutions, and ensuring successful implementation into production.</li><li>Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve production and quality issues related to processes, methods, tooling, equipment, and product design.</li><li>Improve manufacturing efficiency and product consistency through systematic process optimization.</li><li>Support new product introduction (NPI) activities, including process layout planning, tooling development, and introduction of new equipment.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and quality requirements by planning, executing, and analyzing validation and verification activities.</li><li>Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive procedures, work instructions, and operational documentation.</li></ul><p></p><p>Who yor are:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Paper‑making or related technical field, more than two years of papermaking experience.</li><li>Strong teamwork skills, ability to work effectively in international and cross‑functional teams.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and planning capabilities.</li><li>Prior project experience, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering environment.</li><li>Proficiency in both written and oral English.</li></ul><p><span>Join our winning team today.
