Work Flexibility: Field-based<h2></h2><h1>What You Will Do:</h1><ul><li>Increase service revenue by identifying and converting new opportunities for ProCare service contracts, spare parts, preventative maintenance and extended warranty packages.</li><li>Build and maintain strong customer relationships, especially with biomedical engineers, procurement teams, and hospital decision-makers.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with internal teams including Technical Service, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to deliver the best customer solutions.</li><li>Manage the full sales process, from opportunity identification and proposal preparation to negotiation and closing.</li><li>Promote service upgrades and preventive maintenance programs to improve system reliability and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Ensure proposal accuracy and participate in tender processes while maintaining compliance with Procare policies and pricing structures.</li><li>Improve service sales performance by tracking renewal timelines, monitoring warranty conversions, and closing opportunities on time.</li><li>Responsible for all service sales activities, primarily service contracts, in hospitals carrying the Stryker brand across Turkiye.</li></ul><h2></h2><h1>What You Need:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical or business field.</li><li>Experience in technical or service sales, ideally in medical devices or capital equipment.</li><li>Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.</li><li>Strong business sense and ability to explain how technical features bring customer and financial value.</li><li>Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach with a positive attitude.</li><li>Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 70% across Turkiye.</li><li>Proficiency in English.</li></ul>Travel Percentage: 70%
