We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Responsibilities: </b><br /> </p><p>This role is a <b>high-impact, commercial leadership position</b> responsible for shaping and executing strategies to <b>penetrate and scale</b> t<b>he market through partnerships with private ecosystem players (telehealth players, private hospital groups,) and seeking partnership </b>within <b>corporate payer ecosystems (employers, insurers). </b><br /> </p><p>As the <b>Leader, PE Market Expansion (Obesity),</b> you will:</p><p><b>Develop & Execute a PE Market Entry & Growth Strategy</b></p><ul><li><p>Establish a <b>scalable go-to-market model</b> for private-sector obesity care adoption across <b>Türkiye</b></p></li><li><p><b>Map</b> and <b>prioritize key private-sector market segments</b> (employers, insurers, digital health partners, retail pharmacy companies, …)</p></li><li><p>Partner with <b>market access teams</b> to design <b>novel engagement models</b></p></li><li><p><b>Integrate PE Market Entry & Growth with overall Commercialization strategy </b></p></li></ul><p><br /><b>Build & Expand Strategic Partnerships</b></p><ul><li><p>Develop <b>C-level relationships</b> with global <b>private payers, insurance providers, employer benefits leaders, corporate wellness platforms, retail pharmacy and telehealth networks</b></p></li><li><p>Drive strategic alliances that enable <b>sustainable and scalable distribution</b> of obesity therapies in private settings</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with <b>distributors and digital health providers</b> to ensure efficient supply chain integration</p></li></ul><p><br /><b>Deliver High-Impact Commercial Results</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Accelerate private-market adoption</b> of obesity treatments, driving measurable revenue impact</p></li><li><p>Lead the <b>design & execution</b> of <b>innovative PE engagement models</b> (e.g., subscription-based models, tiered access programs, employer-led reimbursement schemes)</p></li><li><p>Partner with <b>marketing & sales teams</b> to craft <b>PE value propositions</b> that align with external stakeholders</p></li></ul><p><br /><b>Shape Private Market Access & Policy Advocacy</b></p><ul><li><p>Work with internal and external stakeholders to <b>navigate regulatory and policy complexities</b></p></li><li><p>Advocate for <b>corporate wellness incentives</b> and <b>insurance frameworks</b> that enhance obesity treatment adoption</p></li><li><p>Leverage <b>data-driven insights and health economics models</b> to demonstrate ROI to private-sector partners</p></li></ul><p><br /><b>Basic Requirements: </b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree; post-graduate degree or MBA preferred</p></li><li><p>7 to 10+ years of work experience in Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing, PRA or Finance or from outside ideally in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, OTC Companies or PE departments</p></li><li><p>Analytics and/or forecasting experience</p></li><li><p>Strong business acumen, market understanding and ability to identify external trends</p></li><li><p>Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Consistent demonstration of leadership behaviors and ability to develop credibility in a network that spans a wide variety of functions and geographies</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills and ability to establish effective working relationships across cultures, geographies and functions</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving skills; able to anticipate and recognize systemic problems, diagnose root causes and identify corrective actions that will prevent recurrence.</p></li><li><p>Excellent self-management and organizational skills; able to independently manage workload, set personal priorities and adjust as needed.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Additional Skills/Preferences:</b></p><ul><li><p><b>10+ years</b> in <b>PE market development, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership</b> in <b>pharma, medtech, employer benefits, insurance, or digital health</b></p></li><li><p>Strong <b>private healthcare networks & C-suite relationships</b> (e.g., insurers, multinational employers, benefits aggregators)</p></li><li><p><b>Proven track record</b> of scaling <b>private-sector access models</b> in international markets</p></li><li><p>Experience designing <b>novel access & pricing models</b> (e.g., corporate reimbursement, subscription models, digital therapeutics integration)</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of <b>employer-sponsored healthcare, private insurance dynamics, and global corporate wellness trends</b></p></li><li><p>Ability to drive <b>complex negotiations</b> and craft <b>high-value, long-term partnerships</b></p></li><li><p>Exceptional <b>strategic, analytical, and execution capabilities</b> in high-growth environments</p></li><li><p><b>MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred</b></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
