Reporting to the Sr. Director, Talent Access, the Principal Talent Access Partner will personally own and execute full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer negotiation and close.</p><p></p><p>This role blends high-impact execution, you will actively source, assess, and secure top-tier talent while translating hiring needs into actionable search strategies aligned to organizational priorities.</p><p>If you thrive in fast-paced biotech environments and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to deliver measurable hiring results, this role is for you.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>What you&#39;ll do</b></p><p><u>Own Full-Cycle Recruitment</u></p><p>· Lead end-to-end recruiting for roles across assigned functions.</p><p>· Personally source and engage passive talent using advanced market mapping and headhunting strategies.</p><p>· Own candidate assessment, guide interview strategy, and lead offer development, negotiation, and close.</p><p>· Lead structured intake and selection processes to elevate hiring quality and consistency.</p><p>· Manage multiple concurrent priority searches with accountability for outcomes.</p><p></p><p><u>Elevate Recruiting Excellence</u></p><p>· Partner with hiring leaders to translate workforce needs into executable hiring plans.</p><p>· Develop proactive and diverse talent pipelines aligned to business growth.</p><p>· Leverage data and ATS reporting (Workday preferred) to provide insights and continuously improve execution.</p><p></p><p><b>What You Bring</b></p><p>· 12&#43; years of talent acquisition experience with a minimum of 6 years biotech/pharma talent acquisition industry experience with significant hands-on full-cycle recruiting ownership.</p><p>· Proven success personally leading and closing hard-to-fill searches.</p><p>· Experience supporting biotech organizations in rapid growth environments.</p><p>· Advanced sourcing and talent intelligence expertise.</p><p>· Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence hiring decisions.</p><p>· Data fluency and comfort using ATS tools (Workday preferred).</p><p>· Ability to operate autonomously while carrying a meaningful requisition load.</p><p>· Hybrid availability (3 days onsite) Conshohocken, PA</p><p></p><p></p><p><span style="font-size:14px">All full-time employees receive equity, which reinforces our ownership culture and offers meaningful opportunity for our employees to share in the success they help create.
