<div>Janux Therapeutics is seeking a highly motivated Principal Scientist with demonstrated skills in the field of cancer immunology and/or immune cell biology. The incumbent will develop and troubleshoot cell-based assays for pre-clinical programs. These studies will aid in better understanding of MoA and in differentiation from competition. This person will mentor or manage more junior members in the immunology team, as well as interact closely with members across functional teams. A successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with assay development and troubleshooting, lead the immunology team in laboratory research to ensure timelines are met, inspire and develop team members, and be accountable for meeting deliverables for the Immunology team. This position is approximately 30-50% hands-on bench work and requires the effective communication and documentation.
