Principal IT Technologist - SAP Technical Engineer

You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>A Day in the Life</b></h1><p style="font-size:14px !important;color:!important"><span style="font-size:14px"><br /></span><b><span style="font-size:inherit">Required Knowledge and Experience:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">A Bachelor’s or Master degree or equivalent with 12&#43; year’s experience in the below is required</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Extensive SAP ABAP core experience in Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows across multiple modules.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Proven expertise in full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations (Greenfield &amp; Brownfield) and custom code migration from ECC.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Experience in translating business requirements into robust technical solutions with collaboration across functional and business teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Strong hands-on experience with HANA, CDS Views, AMDPs, UI5/Fiori, and SAP BTP (CAP, RAP, Cloud Foundry).</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Proficient in OData, Gateway services, SAP–Non-SAP integrations, and advanced debugging/troubleshooting techniques.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills for managing complex SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, and BTP environments</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Good understanding of SAP ABAP NW 7.5 syntax &amp; coding standards, and proficient with performing various ATC Variants</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Previous Medical devices and/or Pharma experience</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Good Knowledge in Eclipse, SAP Business Application Studio</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">Good understanding on SAP Joule and Hyperautomation tools</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:inherit">SAP Certifications in ABAP and related technologies</span></p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Physical Job Requirements</b><br /><br />The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. </p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Benefits &amp; Compensation</b></h1><p style="text-align:left"><b>Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package</b><br />A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
