If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Summary</h2><p>The <b>Principal Applications Engineer</b> will be based in <b>San Jose, CA </b>reporting to the<b> Director, Global Field Application Engineering. </b>The <b>Applications Engineer</b> will be accountable for providing technical guidance and design-in help to customers on a post-sales basis to enable delivery of design, fabrication, and assembly goals, per customers’ expectations.</p><p></p><p><b>What a Typical Day Looks Like:</b></p><ul><li><p>Uses technical knowledge of products and associated development tools to assist customers on complex issues.</p></li><li><p>Conducts complex qualification/verification testing onsite (local labs) and coordinates closely with design engineering to solve any issues and deliver results on time.
