Pricing Manager - Southern Europe

Work Flexibility: Hybrid<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>The Pricing Manager for Southern Europe leads the regional pricing function, ensuring strong governance, compliance and strategic alignment with commercial objectives. This role combines leadership, analytical depth, and cross-functional influence to drive sustainable growth across the region.</p><p>Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will shape pricing strategies, lead transformation initiatives and contribute to the long-term commercial vision of the organization.</p><p></p><p><u><b>Key Responsibilities</b></u></p><ul><li><p>Lead and develop the regional pricing team, ensuring high performance and alignment with business objectives</p></li><li><p>Implement pricing governance, policies and controls across divisions</p></li><li><p>Own pricing operations: list prices, discounts, ERP accuracy, annual price updates and acquisition integration</p></li><li><p>Provide financial and pricing support for bids, tenders and strategic commercial decisions</p></li><li><p>Deliver market, competitor and margin analyses through dashboards, reports, and business insights</p></li><li><p>Drive pricing process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives</p></li><li><p>Lead cross-functional and strategic pricing projects, including digitalization and pricing model evolution</p></li><li><p>Communicate pricing strategy, priorities, and insights effectively to senior stakeholders and commercial teams</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Your profile</b></u></p><p><b>Essential Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field</p></li><li><p>At least 8 years of experience in similar pricing positions with people management responsibility</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical capabilities, including pricing analysis, margin optimization, and market dynamics assessment</p></li><li><p>Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel; solid experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)</p></li><li><p>Fluent English and Spanish (Italian is a plus)</p></li><li><p>Strategic, proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional initiatives</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and challenge senior leaders</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience driving pricing excellence initiatives or pricing transformation programs</p></li><li><p>Background in matrixed or international organizations</p></li><li><p>Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects at regional or international level</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: 50%<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
