About ViiV

We are a specialist pharmaceutical company 100% dedicated to developing medicines to treat and prevent HIV. As the pioneers in HIV innovation, we constantly look to push the boundaries of science to develop medicines that can change lives and give people more choice. Beyond our medicines, we are proud of our deep connection with the HIV community and work with partners to advance research and development, address HIV-related stigma, increase access to our medicines and provide funding and support to local community organisations to support their efforts in the HIV response.

We are ViiV Healthcare. Here until HIV and AIDS are not.

Position Summary:

As Pricing Manager, Europe & International, you will play a key role in shaping pricing governance and execution that supports patient access to HIV medicines while driving sustainable business growth.

Working with markets across the region, you will be the regional point of control for pricing governance, ensuring decisions are data-driven, compliant and aligned to our mission to leave no person living with HIV behind. You will make sure pricing proposals follow established policies and approval pathways, are supported by robust analysis and clear documentation, and have risks escalated in a timely way.

You will work closely with cross-functional colleagues across Global Pricing, Finance, Commercial and Market Access to coordinate pricing input and the execution of approved pricing, bringing a regional, cross-market perspective that balances commercial success with ethical responsibility. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with pharmaceutical pricing, reimbursement, commercial strategy or finance experience who wants to stretch their strategic, analytical and stakeholder skills in a mission-driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing Governance & Execution

• Own and maintain the regional pricing governance framework, including submission standards, approval pathways and decision forums, keeping it aligned with Global pricing principles.
• Run the regional governance process so that proposals reach the right approvers in time, with decisions, conditions and agreed actions clearly documented and followed through.
• Maintain a forward view of material pricing events across the region, such as new indications, price updates and tenders, so proposals enter governance in time for robust review.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Governance

• Support markets across Europe & International in developing pricing proposals that clearly set out value, access, revenue and risk implications for decision-makers.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to coordinate input and execution of approved pricing, in line with competition law, company policies and financial controls.
• Provide regional guidance, templates and tools to help local Pricing and Market Access colleagues apply governance requirements consistently.

Evidence, Insights & Risk Management

• Review proposals against price corridors, cross-market comparisons, analogues and international reference pricing risk, identifying cross-market dependencies and escalating material issues with mitigation options.
• Monitor list and net prices, discounts, rebates and tender outcomes against approved decisions, escalating deviations, unapproved pricing and breaches of approval conditions.
• Maintain accurate and auditable pricing data and documentation, and provide regular governance reporting on pricing decisions, upcoming pricing events, deviations and open actions, supporting internal audit and control reviews.

Why You?

Basic Qualifications & Experience:

We will love your high accountability for impact performance, your ambition for patients and strategic curiosity, and your collaboration and influence abilities. Your passion for our mission and purpose of getting ahead of HIV together will enthuse us! How you work is as important as what you deliver.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related discipline.

Why Us?

At ViiV Healthcare, we will not rest until we leave no person living with HIV behind. Until the 40 million people living with HIV is down to zero, we will continue searching for new ways to limit the impact of HIV.

We are the only pharmaceutical company solely focused on combating, preventing, and ultimately eradicating HIV and AIDS. At ViiV Healthcare, we do things differently. Born out of a partnership between GSK and Pfizer in 2009, with Shionogi joining in 2012, we are determined to help end the HIV epidemic. We are guided by our mission to leave no person living with HIV behind and it is this mission that unites our employees located across the globe. We combine expertise in research, manufacturing, policy and more to push the boundaries of what people think is possible in HIV treatment and care. As a result of our connection with GSK, we are able to draw on their proud history and resources. This means that you would receive all the employee benefits offered by GSK.
