This is an ambitious opportunity to apply your expertise and develop accurate pricing strategies that support our mission to help customers create a healthier, cleaner, and safer world.</p><p></p><h2>General Summary of Job Responsibilities</h2><p></p><p>As a Pricing Analyst, you will:</p><ul><li>Support the SEA Pricing function within the Life Sciences Segment.</li><li>Collaborate closely with commercial, marketing, and finance teams to review deals, gain approvals, and analyze sales and margin performance on strategic deals.</li><li>Drive price realization through effective DAM build and optimize deal structure in collaboration with commercial teams.</li><li>Identify and implement operational improvements to improve team efficiency and ensure quick turnaround times.</li><li>Address pricing-related inquiries from direct sales and channel partners.</li><li>Provide regular and ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting for management.</li><li>Contribute to pricing projects, including process improvement, new product introductions, end-of-life product pricing, and price and profit optimization initiatives.</li><li>Assist with the annual list price exercise and annual price agreements with all sales teams.</li><li>Perform ad-hoc analysis to optimize price performance and improve operational workflows.</li><li>Develop and maintain accurate and reliable Power BI reports and dashboards.</li></ul><p></p><h2>Minimum Requirements</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent level of professional experience.</li><li><span>3&#43; years of experience in a pricing role, or in a segment finance, sales operations, deal desk.</span></li><li>Demonstrated background in pricing, financial analysis, or a similar position.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.</li><li>Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.</li><li>Ability to work with programming languages commonly used in data wrangling and analysis, such as SQL.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively to successfully implement pricing strategies.</li></ul><p></p><p>Join a dynamic group where your efforts will directly influence the success of our pricing approaches and overall business objectives.
