You will have access to: </div><div><ul><li>Career development with an international company where you can grow the career you dream of </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>An attractive benefits package (e.g. attractive Abbott Pension Plan, a company bike, employee stock purchase program) </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>A company recognized as a great place to work in dozens of countries around the world and named one of the most admired companies in the world by Fortune. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>A company that is recognized as one of the best big companies to work for as well as a best place to work for diversity, working mothers, female executives, and scientists. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>A challenging position in a fast-growing crisis independent industry </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>To become part of a dynamic, highly educated, highly skilled, and motivated team </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Flat hierarchies, open appreciative mentality, and efficient, constructive lines of communication </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Multi-national environment, where we foster the development of our talents within the enterprise </li></ul></div><div>The Opportunity </div><div>This position works out of our Wiesbaden location in the Abbott GmbH.</div></div>Your Tasks: <ul><li>Work with multiple levels of the Sales organization to develop pricing proposals and contract documents while ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, OEC policies, and business rules</li><li>Lead and independently manage complex pricing proposals and deal configurations, guiding pricing structure, financial impact, and alignment with business strategy</li><li>Own the creation of customer pricing proposals from start to finish, using both internal and customer templates, including financial and pricing modeling</li><li>Provide pricing analysis, P&L impact assessments, and support contract development and execution for large customers</li><li>Apply a strong understanding of contracts and pricing to ensure decisions comply with legal, regulatory, and business standards</li><li>Prepare, analyze, and present active contract performance in relation to contractual obligations</li><li>Coordinate the contracts with the compliance by creating contract compliance cadence and follow up with the Sales team to support the contract compliance for the deals</li><li>Maintain active pricelists with the most accruate list numbers and accurate pricelist of the customers/distributors</li><li>Guide Sales on contract language related to pricing, including adjustments, incentives, escalators, and volume‑based commitments</li></ul>Your Qualification:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field</li><li>5 years' of experience in contracting, pricing, finance, customer relationship management, analysis, or related field</li><li>2+ years' knowledge of contracting and pricing strategies</li><li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a time‑sensitive environment while managing multiple projects</li><li>Experience with complex pricing models, financial analysis, or large customer proposals (preferred)</li><li>Working knowledge of pricing‑related contract terms, commercial obligations, and how pricing structures tie to Terms & Conditions</li><li>Ability to interpret and communicate data insights, identify risks, draw conclusions, summarize results, and develop recommendations</li><li>Familiarity with Power BI, similar analytical tools.</li></ul><div>Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
