This role is responsible for developing and managing product pricing and reimbursement strategies across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market dynamics. The position oversees the maintenance and accuracy of the pricing database, while also generating and distributing customer price lists and country-specific list prices. It serves as a key point of coordination with field teams, reviewing and confirming pricing at the time of order. Additionally, the role manages pricing disputes and override requests, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to established pricing policies.This position will be a remote position in Bogotá

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Responsible for the product pricing and reimbursement strategies across the organization.
• Manages the pricing database
• Provides customer price lists, country list prices, and check with field & at time of order
• Manages pricing Disputes & overrides

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Highschool diploma
• Experience in pricing, revenue management, finance, or commercial operations—preferably within a regulated or product-driven industry – Nice to have
• Strong experience in Data Analysis, Excel and Project Management 
• Technical Skills – Nice to have: Excel and data management tools, SAP, Salesforce
• Fluent in English
