We ensure lifesaving medicines reach the patient safely and optimally. Besides production of API&#39;s, the site has a launch &amp; grow mission for new pharmaceutical products. To accomplish this mission, we keep investing in innovative technologies, people and partnerships.</span></p><h1><br />The role</h1><p><br /><span>Ensure and improve the well being (safety, health, environment) within a business unit, through daily contacts with operations, reviewing and analyzing good saves, near misses and executing and implementing smaller improvement projects.</span></p><h2><span> </span></h2><h2><span>The main activities</span></h2><ul><li><p><span>Regular contact with operations via Tier 2 meeting, Prevention meetings, observation tours,..</span></p></li><li><p><span>Investigate safety – environmental incidents to identify root causes and implement improvements</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analyze good saves – near misses to identify improvement</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate – lead smaller improvement project on business unit or site level.</span></p></li></ul><h2></h2><h2><b>Minimum Qualification </b></h2><p></p><ul><li><p>Master’s Degree preferably in Chemical engineering or Process technology (bioengineering, industrial engineering or chemistry), or consistent track record in an industrial, operational environment.</p></li><li><p>Basic knowledge of legislation and guidelines, related to well-being (safety, health, environment) on the job floor.</p></li><li><p>Technical knowledge of some of the following is highly valued: spray dryer/dryer, process analytical technologies (PAT), data analytical tools/digitalization</p></li><li><p>Owns good project management, organizing, planning and coordination skills.</p></li><li><p>Problem solving skills</p></li><li><p>Develops strong collaborations with internal business partners.</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of English (both verbally and written) and Dutch</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>#LI-MV2</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><b>Required Skills: </b></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><b>Preferred Skills:</b></p>OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM), Risk Analytics, Safety Investigations
