With our microconvective cooling technology and full-stack solutions—from SmartPlates to CDUs—we’re redefining how the world’s most demanding processors stay cool, efficient and operational at scale.</p><p></p><p>The <b>Pre-Sales Engineer</b> based in either <b>Littleton, MA, Austin, TX or Milpitas, CA</b> will be accountable for providing technical guidance and information to customers on a pre-sales and post-sales basis to enable delivery of design, fabrication and assembly goals, per customers’ expectations.</p><p></p><p><b><span>What a Typical Day Looks Like:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.</p></li><li><p>Design and present solutions that align with business goals.</p></li><li><p>Support sales teams during product demos, RFPs/RFIs and technical evaluations.</p></li><li><p>Conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) deployments and workshops.</p></li><li><p>Provide post-sales technical guidance and feedback to product teams.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with facilities and engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility.</p></li><li><p>Use technical knowledge of products and associated development tools to assist customers on complex issues.</p></li><li><p>Assist with the development of complex product roadmaps.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with product and business development teams.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical expertise during product development by defining customer product needs and translating these needs into new product recommendations and specifications.</p></li><li><p>Review customer requirements, identify and communicate potential issues and provide recommendations that will meet both the capabilities Flex and the specifications of the customer.</p></li><li><p>Identify and communicate existing and potential design issues both internally and externally.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate product integration efforts between component suppliers, Flex and the customer.</p></li><li><p>Develop and present technical seminars for customers and sales personnel to promote employers&#39; manufacturing capabilities, services, available technologies, manufacturing process and quality.</p></li><li><p>Work with customer representatives to coordinate vendor qualification surveys.</p></li><li><p>Provide best in class, complex, technical assistance by answering and closing all customer and program management technical questions related to manufacturing capabilities including design, fabrication and assembly abilities.</p></li><li><p>Define initial project/product scope and prepare project plans to meet customers&#39; expectations.</p></li><li><p>Prepare detailed project plans by documenting customers&#39; requirements and incorporating design and manufacturing capabilities to meet customers’ expectations.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and maintain required documentation.</p></li><li><p>May be required to sit at customer site.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>The Experience We’re Looking to Add to Our Team: </span></b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering</p></li><li><p>5&#43;
