As the Portfolio and Customer Engagement Lead, you will hold ultimate accountability for shaping and executing the commercial strategy within your assigned portfolio. You will champion a deep understanding of business drivers, the local market landscape and competitive dynamics to optimize customer experiences and drive long-term strategic success.

Set the strategic vision, high ambitions and clear outcomes for your teams by leveraging insights from internal and external stakeholders across the wider enterprise.
Manage full P&L accountability and take ownership of the financial ambitions and investment health of your designated portfolio.
Deliver exceptional impact and steer the outcomes of cross-functional engagement teams with an enterprise-wide mindset.
Build, coach and inspire a high-performing community, providing visionary leadership that fosters an environment where cross-functional collaboration thrives.
Optimize fluid, impact-driven resource allocation and prioritization, carefully balancing customer engagement models with broader portfolio priorities.
Champion an enterprise growth mindset and show resilience, turning every stone to uncover innovative possibilities for patients, customers and healthcare systems.
Who You Are
You are a visionary leader and a strategic thinker who thrives on turning bold ambitions into reality. You are deeply passionate about customer centricity, healthcare innovation and possess the business acumen required to lead complex, cross-functional ecosystems.
To excel in this role, you bring:
Advanced Academic Foundation: A Master’s degree in Business, Science, or a related field.
Strategic & Commercial Expertise: Solid experience (minimum of 10 years) in creating product and portfolio strategies, with a proven track record in the development, launch, or management of products within the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build trust as a leader and inspire seamless teamwork and collaboration across diverse networks.
Market & Customer Insights: Extensive experience in strategic planning, product management, or market research—ideally combining local market knowledge with global perspective, supported by a strong background in customer-facing roles.
Communication & Collaboration Skills: Professional fluency in written and spoken English and Finnish, enabling you to connect authentically with local and international stakeholders.
