Description
The Head of Finance will lead and oversee all financial activities of Pollogen, ensuring the company maintains strong financial health. This role involves delivering periodic forecasts and reports, delivering financial and strategic insights for decision-making, managing budgeting processes, monitoring performance, and implementing company financial policies. This role combines hands-on financial management with strategic partnership across departments and corporate stakeholders.
Requirements
BA in accounting, Finance, Economic or related field. CPA (Israeli CPA or equivalent) required. Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred. 8–10 years of experience in financial administration, with track record in a regulated or semi-regulated industry (preferably medical devices or healthcare). Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage the financial health of the company. Strong business acumen. Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities. Proficiency with USGAAP/Israeli GAAP, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QV), and business intelligence tools. Excellent communication skills in Hebrew; fluent English for board-level reporting is preferred. Experience with external audits, regulatory filings, and internal controls.
