The Position

Main  Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :

• Monitor, analyze, and offer strategies for influencing a variety of policy issues affecting RDSL’s products, and operations.

管理、分析罗氏诊断产品的相关政策及其运作事项，提供策略

• Focus on the impact of trends and initiatives with respect to stakeholder access and other policy issues.

通过对相关方的访问和对政策的了解，关系其发展趋势和方案

• Translate policy developments into meaningful guidance and strategic advice and represent the Corporate Affairs team at internal and external meetings.

将政策发展转化为有意义的指导文件和策略建议，并在内部和对外会议中代表公司事务部团队发言

• Increase the management and business unit understanding of, and participation in the policy-making and political process.

加强管理及对业务的理解，参与政策制定

• Responsible for managing projects effectively and efficiently, and will be required to take initiative to identify key issues, helping organize and assist the efforts of other team members.

负责有效且高效地管理项目，需要主动确定关键问题并协助组织其他团队成员的工作

• Report any changes in health law and trends on medical device policies (reimbursement policies, pricing changes, distribution channels changes…)

记录健康法律的变更和医疗设备相关政策的发展趋势（如报销政策、价格变化、分销渠道的变化等）

• Set up network in the health system in order to collect information on medical policies

在卫生系统建立网络维护，以收集医疗政策方面的信息

• Monitor and analyze health policies

关注、分析医疗政策

• Conduct industry and market studies and provide timely market information to support senior management in the strategic decision-making

负责产业和市场调研，及时提供市场信息，为管理团队做出战略决策提供支持

• Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager

• Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection

• Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)
