PMO Innovation Manager

Developing and ensuring project governance, standards, and prioritization processes. Managing the innovation project portfolio and aligning it with corporate goals. Leading strategic projects across all phases, including scope, risk, and KPI definition. Planning and coordinating cross-functional project plans, resources, budgets, and timelines. Analyzing project data to evaluate progress, KPIs, ROI, and risks. Ensuring regulatory and quality requirements (e.g., GMP) are met. Supporting risk management, issue resolution, and change control. Creating transparent reports, dashboards, and decision-making documents for management. Maintaining project documentation and supporting reviews, tests, and validations. Identifying optimization potential and further developing PMO processes and tools.
