Report any hazards or incidents to the supervisor promptly.</p><p></p><p><b>EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>· High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machinery or a related field is preferred.</p><p>· Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in cable or wire manufacturing.</p><p>· Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.</p><p>· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</p><p>· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>· Physical fitness to handle heavy equipment and the ability to stand for extended periods.</p><p></p><p>Knowledge:</p><p>· Familiarity with production line management and quality assurance standards.</p><p>· Competence in basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.</p><p>· Effective communication skills for reporting and team coordination.</p><p></p><p><b>SKILLS AND ABILITIES QUALIFICATIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS</b></p><p>• Clean work area</p><p>• Train employees</p><p>• Participate in team meetings</p><p>• Other duties as assigned</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, <span>candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes</span> as permitted or required by applicable law</span>.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">We are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
