The main tasks are to keep supply/dmenad balance on materials and production with lean mindset and advanced planning logic.</p><p></p><p>What a typical day looks like:</p><ul><li>Checking the possibility of the order fulfillment based on the available resources (materials, employees, equipment’s etc.), confirmation of the order.</li><li>Preparation of production plans, input of planning data into the integrated computer system of the company, notification of the purchasing group.</li><li>Monitoring, control of implementation of plans, starting necessary actions in case of deviations</li><li>Preparation of long-term plans, forecasts (MPS, Forecast).</li><li>Monitoring of system accuracy in daily/weekly bases /General Item data, routing, BOM, CFT data /non-consumed demand, planned WO's.</li><li>Preparing of Clean to build reports, checking the material availability, replanning if necessary, informing of order desk, ECO implementation tracing.</li><li>Monitoring of stock level, handling of stock differences.</li><li>Preparing management and CFT specificized reports, monitoring of KPI's.</li><li>Giving assistance, replacement in certain cases to SCM and Order desk within the CFT.</li><li>Advises non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests.</li><li>Monitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to committed ship date (CSD), lead-time, response time, and inventory goals.</li><li>Coordinates and manages high-visibility and/or important customer programs. </li><li>May include initial customer or product startup initiatives or large customer programs.</li><li>Coordinates with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues.</li><li>Drives process improvements inside and outside the area of Order Management.</li><li>Provides input to management, reschedules, and /or interfaces with customer program management, master scheduling, customers, and production control to reschedule production in the event of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions.</li><li>Represents Order Management on various Customer Focus Teams.</li><li>May also help inventory control, supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling.</li></ul><p>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields;</li><li>Minimum 5 years of electronic industry experience in material planning, including hands‑on production scheduling;</li><li>Strong sensitivity to numbers, excellent Microsoft application skills, especially on Excel;</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; Honest, trustworthy, willing to work under some pressure and time-limited.</li></ul><p></p><p>What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:</p><p>• Social Insurance</p><p>• Life Insurance</p><p>• PTO</p><p></p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Category</h2>Global Procurement & Supply Chain<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Required Skills:</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Optional Skills:</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
