Plans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>What a typical day looks like:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Checking the possibility of the order fulfillment based on the available resources (materials, employees, equipment’s etc.), confirmation of the order.</span></li><li><span>Preparation of production plans, input of planning data into the integrated computer system of the company, notification of the purchasing group.</span></li><li><span>Monitoring, control of implementation of plans, starting necessary actions in case of deviations</span></li><li><span>Preparation of long-term plans, forecasts (MPS, Forecast).</span></li><li><span>Monitoring of system accuracy in daily/weekly bases /General Item data, routing, BOM, CFT data /non-consumed demand, planned WO&#39;s.</span></li><li><span>Preparing of Clean to build reports, checking the material availability, replanning if necessary, informing of order desk, ECO implementation tracing.</span></li><li><span>Monitoring of stock level, handling of stock differences.</span></li><li><span>Preparing management and CFT specificized reports, monitoring of KPI&#39;s.</span></li><li><span>Giving assistance, replacement in certain cases to SCM and Order desk within the CFT.</span></li><li><span>Advises non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests.</span></li><li><span>Monitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to committed ship date (CSD), lead-time, response time, and inventory goals.</span></li><li><span>Coordinates and manages high-visibility and/or important customer programs. </span></li><li><span>May include initial customer or product startup initiatives or large customer programs.</span></li><li><span>Coordinates with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues.</span></li><li><span>Drives process improvements inside and outside the area of Order Management.</span></li><li><span>Provides input to management, reschedules, and /or interfaces with customer program management, master scheduling, customers, and production control to reschedule production in the event of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions.</span></li><li><span>Represents Order Management on various Customer Focus Teams.</span></li><li><span>May also help inventory control, supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</b></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.</span></li><li><span>A minimum of 5 years of related experience.</span></li><li><span>Excel and Microsoft Office.</span></li><li><span>Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.</span></li><li><span>Ability to operate data entry, office software including, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation packages and data base systems</span></li></ul><p><span>KR13</span></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>What you&#39;ll receive for the great work you provide:</b></p><ul><li>Full range of medical, dental, and vision plans</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>Short-term and Long-term Disability</li><li>Matching 401(k) Contributions</li><li>Vacation and Paid Sick Time</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>Job Category</h2>Global Procurement &amp; Supply Chain<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Is Sponsorship Available?</p>No<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Crown is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
