Plans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability.<br /> </p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Checking the possibility of the order fulfillment based on the available resources (materials, employees, equipment’s etc.), confirmation of the order.</p></li><li><p>Preparation of production plans, input of planning data into the integrated computer system of the company, notification of the purchasing group.</p></li><li><p>Monitoring, control of implementation of plans, starting necessary actions in case of deviations</p></li><li><p>Preparation of long-term plans, forecasts (MPS, Forecast).</p></li><li><p>Monitoring of system accuracy in daily/weekly bases /General Item data, routing, BOM, CFT data /non-consumed demand, planned WO's.</p></li><li><p>Preparing of Clean to build reports, checking the material availability, replanning if necessary, informing of order desk, ECO implementation tracing.</p></li><li><p>Monitoring of stock level, handling of stock differences.</p></li><li><p>Preparing management and CFT specificized reports, monitoring of KPI's.</p></li><li><p>Giving assistance, replacement in certain cases to SCM and Order desk within the CFT.</p></li><li><p>Advises non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests.</p></li><li><p>Monitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to committed ship date (CSD), lead-time, response time, and inventory goals.</p></li><li><p>Coordinates and manages high-visibility and/or important customer programs. </p></li><li><p>May include initial customer or product startup initiatives or large customer programs.</p></li><li><p>Coordinates with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues.</p></li><li><p>Drives process improvements inside and outside the area of Order Management.</p></li><li><p>Provides input to management, reschedules, and /or interfaces with customer program management, master scheduling, customers, and production control to reschedule production in the event of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions.</p></li><li><p>Represents Order Management on various Customer Focus Teams.</p></li><li><p>May also help inventory control, supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</b></p><ul><li><p>Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of related experience.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrates basic people and/or process management skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of end-to-end production flow (Front-End HLA/HFQA → Burn-In → Pick2Light → Back-End FCT).</p></li><li><p>Ability to create accurate and dynamic production planning/schedule.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Baan or any ERP/MRP systems and planning tools.
