Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors stock levels of products. May be responsible for the following activities: planning/coordination, distribution planning, dispatching, co-ordinating with warehouse team, material requirements, planning systems, work-in-process tracking.
Changes to individual responsibilities may occur due to business needs and other related duties may be assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
Create stock transfer orders across DC’s, maintain and execute distribution plans to meet customer requirements.
Develop and execute distribution and replenishment plans to ensure product availability across the network.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock positions at warehouses and distribution centers.
Notify management and Customer care team of any changes to plan that will impact scheduled shipments
Review, resolve and escalate issues that impact distribution plan.
Ensure data integrity of master data elements which drive production and MRP (safety stock, cycle times, BOM accuracy, effectivity dates)
Coordinate with supply planning, procurement, logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to align inventory requirements.
Troubleshoot transactional records to resolve inventory discrepancies
Build and maintain methodology and tools for ongoing performance analysis
Monitor supply chain key performance indicators, publish performance reports, perform root cause analysis, implement action plans.
Generate reports and dashboards to monitor distribution performance and inventory health.
Requirements:
3+ years distribution planning or production planning experience with multiple product lines in a multi-site manufacturing environment
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
Proficient with SAP (MM or PP or SD module) and basic MRP knowledge.
Analytical skills and the ability to perform data analysis
Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office suite
Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Willingness to work in shift to support US business (No night shift required)

Experience/Education:
Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree;
