Examples include assessment and approval of expense reports, preparation and communication of team metric reports, among others.</li><li>Co-lead the communication of MSL team achievement updates to appropriate internal partners and levels of management</li><li>The hiring, onboarding, training and management of the Pipeline Autoantibody MSL team including:</li><li>Strengthening and building JNJ’s external footprint across the rare autoimmune and alloimmune therapeutic areas with a focus on warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia and maternal fetal indications</li><li>Ensuring that the team functions according to the Medical Affairs plan and company directives</li><li>Conducts routine team visits and 1:1 meetings providing observation and coaching</li><li>Conducts performance coaching and feedback discussions</li><li>Provides oversight responsibility for team’s training and development</li><li>Ensures team optimal capacity, field activity level, and field metrics</li><li>Successfully collaborate with headquarters</li><li>Ensures each MSL territory plan is strategic, up to date and actionable.</li><li>Manages the team through special projects and cross functional support activities</li><li>Ensures consistent execution of field medical plans across the US</li></ul><p></p><p>The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of thriving in complexity and ambiguity, with experience in collaboration with key business partners in rare diseases/immunology in a complex matrixed organization.</p><p></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p></p><p>Required:</p><p></p><ul><li>A minimum of a terminal graduate medical/scientific degree required, i.e. PhD, PharmD, MD, DO</li><li>Minimum of 8 years’ healthcare/pharma experience with a minimum of 3&#43; years of experience as a Field Director</li><li>Experience launching and supporting rare hematology therapeutics as a Field Director</li><li>Ability to travel up to 60% (including overnight travel)</li><li>Ability to maintain an office in the home and live in close proximity to an airport.</li><li>Must be available to attend national scientific congresses and key strategic/scientific meetings across the US, and at the corporate office in Horsham, PA.</li></ul><p></p><p>Preferred:</p><p></p><ul><li>Immunology AND hematology experience</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in Rare Diseases in a clinical or pharma setting</li><li>Experience with launching rare hematology therapies</li></ul><p></p><p>Johnson &amp; Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
