Additionally, the resource is responsible for analyzing and optimizing production performance by collaborating with departments to improve production processes. Moreover you&#39;ll be involved in Production DIgitalization projects</span></p><ul><li>Perform, monitor and maintain serialization system configuration in collaboration with customers.</li><li>Evaluate production performance by analyzing critical metrics and other monitoring tools and identify areas for improvement</li><li>Support and suggest Production Digitalization activities/projects</li></ul><p></p><p><b>REQUIREMENTS:</b></p><p>Education: Degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, CTF, or technical/informatics diplomas.</p><p>High School Diploma, Secondary Education, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent.</p><p></p><p><span>Experience:</span> at least 3 years of previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.</p><p>Preferred Knowledge in managing production performance and analyzing production processes.</p><p>Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production or lab setting or related field</p><p>Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment</p><p>Required: Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.</p><p></p><p>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:</p><ul><li><p>Required: Good analytical and problem-solving skills.</p><p>Required: Ability to work in a team and manage complex projects.</p><p></p></li></ul><p>Physical Requirements / Work Environment</p><p>You will work in our offices in Ferentino site in direct contact with colleagues and also with people from other Dept.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
