<h3>Job Title</h3>Performance Media Manager, Ali<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><span>-- 预算与策略 </span></p><p><span>-根据年度/季度销售目标&#xff0c;拆解流量缺口&#xff0c;制定天猫站内&#xff08;直通车、万相台、品专、钻展、超级直播等&#xff09;年度-季度-月度投放预算与节奏表&#xff1b; </span></p><p><span>-结合平台大促/新品/会员日节奏&#xff0c;输出「人-货-场」匹配打法&#xff0c;明确不同阶段的投放目标&#xff08;曝光/拉新/转化/复购&#xff09;。 </span></p><p></p><p><span>--投放执行与优化 </span></p><p><span>-独立完成账户结构搭建、人群包圈选、关键词/资源位/创意/出价策略制定&#xff1b; </span></p><p><span>-每日监控数据&#xff0c;按小时级调整出价、预算与人群&#xff0c;确保达成既定KPI&#xff08;CTR、CVR、ROI、CPA&#xff09;&#xff1b; </span></p><p><span>-深度使用达摩盘、数据银行、策略中心&#xff0c;沉淀高潜人群包并做A/B测试&#xff0c;持续降低获客成本。 </span></p><p></p><p><span>--竞品洞察与流量反攻 </span></p><p><span>-每日跟踪行业TOP10竞店流量结构、关键词排名、创意卖点&#xff0c;输出《竞品攻防报告》&#xff1b; 发现竞品薄弱流量入口&#xff08;长尾词、时段、地域、资源位&#xff09;&#xff0c;快速组织反攻抢量。</span></p><p></p><p><span>How we work together</span></p><p><span>We believe that we are better together than apart.
