This role combines traditional SEO and digital advertising expertise with a deep understanding of how AI search engines (such as Google’s SGE, Bing Copilot, and ChatGPT-integrated search tools) are redefining the digital landscape.</p><p></p><p>In this role, you&#39;ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in content, web development, and analytics to craft organic and paid digital strategies that align with both current and next-generation search behaviors.</p><p></p><p><b>What will you do?</b></p><ul><li>Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits to identify SEO growth opportunities.</li><li>Optimize on-page elements including metadata, structured data, site architecture, and internal linking.</li><li>Leverage AI-powered analytics and automation tools to enhance campaign performance, targeting, and personalization across all channels.</li><li>Implement and monitor schema markup to improve visibility in traditional and search experiences powered by AI</li><li>Develop optimization strategies for AI-driven search results, conversational search, and zero-click content.</li><li>Collbaorate with the market development, creative, and content teams to deliver unified, integrated messaging across all digital channels that align with AI and human search itent</li><li>Regularly conduct benchmark analysis to support channel strategies and apply findings to paid and organic campaigns</li></ul><p></p><h1><b>Education</b></h1><p>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related major required.</p><p></p><h2><b>Experience</b></h2><ul><li>4&#43; years of proven experience managing SEO and digital advertising campaigns</li><li>Proficient with major ad platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Microsoft Ads; Sprinklr experience a plus</li><li>In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors</li><li>Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, and SEMRush</li><li>Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.</li><li>Up-to-date with digital trends, privacy standards, and evolving AI capabilities in marketing</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
