These activities are focused on performance KPIs and other reporting and analytics, local projects, various activities such as cost control or problem solving and collaboration with other functions.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Accountabilities</b></p><p><b> </b></p><ul><li><p>IBP and Performance analytics, reporting and support<br />- Ensure a comprehensive set of performance indicators for the Supply Chain area, securing their relevance and alignment with strategic objectives.<br />- Work on accuracy across all platforms, including Kinaxis, Sceye, Plai, Tm1, CEP SAP, and local dashboards in collaboration with the teams.</p></li><li><p>Continuous improvement of Supply Chain activities<br />- Build and support on setting action plans and follow-up on actions to build stronger tools, processes and upskill capabilities within the team<br />- support building custom reports and dashboards to communicate insights and trends to key stakeholders, focused on root cause analyses. Develop and implement scripts, macros, and other automated solutions to simplify repetitive and time-consuming tasks;<br />- Partake in internal and external reporting, data extraction and process descriptions/ documentation the reporting process,<br />- support in collaboration with local teams, central teams (such as regional teams and the PBEx Team) the agreed roadmap of projects and continuous improvements</p></li><li><p>Compliance, related to several elements<br />- Good Distribution Practice (“GDP”): Working closely with the local teams to ensure compliance with local and global requirements in Quality and compliance topics.  <br />- Internal Control: Working with stakeholders and proactively ensuring compliance with internal control topics, such as Demand-to-cash and the Internal Control guidelines.</p></li><li><p>External Audit and reporting: Working with Quality, Finance and other stakeholders to build a proactive approach to audits</p></li><li><p>Business Continuity Planning<br />Partake with the Head of Pharma Supply Chain to build or support solid Business Continuity Planning, to ensure that key risks are addressed in processes, training and back-up plans</p></li><li><p>Cost control, analytics and support<br />- Support the Budget process of Supply Chain<br />- Majority of Markets Supply Chain Activity in CSE MCO is performed by 3rd part logistics providers and forwarders. In order to ensure that the 3PLs are managed in terms of cost and service, the Performance and Operations Support work closely with the Supply Chain Markets Heads to track cost and activity, and benchmark versus the agreed contract. This includes supporting for raising Purchase Orders.<br />As well this role work with Finance and SBS/Business Operations to ensure budgets are adhered to, and action plans are set.</p></li><li><p>Training and management of Quality tools<br />- Be the lead on QualiPSO (Sanofi Quality tool), to review existing working instructions and supporting documents, ensuring they are reviewed, valid and followed<br />- Raise Quality Deviations and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and collaborate on action follow-up</p></li><li><p>Ad Hoc<span><b> - </b></span>Support various initiatives as they arise</p></li></ul><p></p><ul><li><p><b>Skills/Expertise/Experience:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university;</p></li><li><p>Relevant experience in the supply chain (min 3 years)</p></li><li><p>Advanced English language skills (B2 level) &amp; digital competencies</p></li><li><p>Advanced MSOffice, Power BI, Project management (recommended)</p></li></ul></li></ul><p></p><ul><li><p><b>Preferred Skills/Expertise/Experience:</b></p><ul><li><p>Knowledge of pharmaceutical environment</p></li><li><p>Understanding of supply chain E2E processes and ability to apply changes/ transformation/ continuous improvement initiatives</p></li><li><p>Basic knowledge of regulatory processes and requirements</p></li><li><p>Skilled in dealing with multiple concurrent projects/tasks and strong analytical mindset</p></li><li><p>Strong willingness to drive change, excellent communication skills, flexible, easy to adapt to new situations and problem-solving mindset</p></li><li><p>Excellent systems (SAP and Kinaxis) skills and basic understanding of financial function</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated high standards of integrity, professionalism, and commitment</p></li><li><p>Good team facilitation and relationship building skills</p></li></ul></li></ul><p></p><p><b>About Sanofi</b></p><p></p><p>We’re an R&amp;D-driven, AI-powered biopharma company committed to improving people’s lives and delivering compelling growth.
