You will process employee lifecycle transactions, respond to employee and manager queries, and keep people data accurate and compliant. You will work with colleagues across HR, payroll, and third-party vendors. We value attention to detail, a service mindset, and a willingness to learn. This role offers clear growth paths, hands-on systems experience, and the chance to contribute to GSK’s mission of uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.<br /><br />Responsibilities<br />This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:<br />- Provide first-level support to employees and managers through chats, and ticketing tools, ensuring clear and timely responses.<br />- Process onboarding, internal moves, promotions, leaves, and offboarding transactions in HR systems.<br />- Maintain accurate employee records and run regular checks to protect data quality and compliance.<br /><br />Why You?<br />Work arrangement: This role is hybrid. You will be expected to work from the Costa Rica office part of the week and work remotely for the remainder. Exact days will be agreed with your manager.<br /><br />Basic Qualification<br />We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals<br />- Bachelor’s degree or student in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience.<br />- 1 to 2 years’ experience in HR operations, shared services, or transactional HR support.<br />- Strong written and spoken English. Spanish fluency is required for this Costa Rica-based role.<br />- Practical experience with HR systems, or strong aptitude to learn systems such as Workday and ticketing tools.<br />- Good knowledge of data accuracy practices and ability to handle personal and sensitive information confidentially.<br /><br /><br />Preferred Qualification<br />If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus<br />- Prior experience with Workday, ServiceNow, or similar HR platforms.<br />- Basic reporting or data analysis skills<br />- A continuous improvement mindset with experience suggesting or testing operational changes.<br />- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.<br /><br />Inclusion<br />We value inclusion and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
