Your Opportunity
Join us as a People Leader Partner based in Singapore and make a real impact across Zone APAC (International Region). You’ll collaborate with People Business Partners to bring workforce strategy to life, and work with local People Partners to navigate jurisdictional or labor-law complexities. As a visible champion of the People Function Operating Model, you’ll role-model the ways of working and inspire others to do the same.
You’ll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders and leadership teams across Zone APAC, shaping strategic people decisions that accelerate capability building, boost business performance, and secure future leadership through strong succession planning. Your role:
Partner with People leaders in Sales, Services and Marketing organizations in Zone APAC to ensure organizational capability by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent with potential for greater impact, and build leadership with Growth Mindset, commercial and Services capabilities
Provide coaching to People Leaders to enhance their leadership capabilities, fostering high-performing teams.
Enable People Leaders to drive impactful performance management aligned with global philosophy and local guidelines, fostering employee growth and development by setting clear responsibilities and goals, holding regular performance discussions and guiding managers within their scope with handover to local People Partners if needed.
Partner with People Leaders to role model our culture of impact with care, manage team engagement, act on feedback from Employee Engagement Surveys, and ensure efficient onboarding of new team members using global resources.
Ensure People Leaders adhere to directions from local People Partner teams in various countries, maintaining compliance and cultural norms.
Align organizational structures with business needs and operational workforce plans, optimizing costs through effective position management, including grading.
Design people impact assessments and strategies for business transformation initiatives, ensuring leadership buy in and smooth planning for activation with local People Partners.
Conduct exit interviews for select critical roles and incorporate feedback into team priorities and leadership strategies.
Represent business context in discussions with unions or workers councils to ensure local and implement appropriate handoffs to local People Partners for cases requiring legal advice, such as performance improvement plans and reorganizations.
Manage high complex environments in terms of number and diverse set of businesses/functions and countries served, executing strategic initiatives and mostly applying independent judgment
You're the right fit if:
You've acquired 8+ years’ experience with Bachelor's or Master's in areas such as People Management, Change Management, Organizational Transformation, Business Partnering or equivalent. You will have experience working in large, global, matrixed organisation and prior experience working in healthcare or regulatory environments is strongly preferred with knowledge of the APAC region.
Skilled in implementing HR strategy, designing organizational structures, and developing capabilities to meet business objectives.
Strong at building stakeholder partnerships and leading change initiatives across functions.
Experienced in performance management, talent development, coaching, and driving employee engagement.
Able to evaluate impact, optimise HR processes, and apply commercial insight to deliver continuous improvement.
