While this is an individual contributor role, it requires the mindset of a strong and highly influential business leader and entrepreneur. You are someone who can stay calm in chaos and approach charged topics with maturity and objectivity, and propose solutions that are in the best interests of the organisation and our outcomes</li><li>Systems Thinker: You possess systems thinking and a proven ability to work effectively across multiple business areas, teams, and key leadership networks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Purpose-Driven: You take a genuine interest in people, create REAL connections, and have a strong purpose—loving to see the business succeed as a result of focusing on people and customers. You are interested in making an impact at an affiliate and global level, and are open to long-term international career development.</li><li>Educated Communicator: You hold a Bachelor's or University degree in Human Resources (an advanced degree is preferred). You have strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English is a must, and knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
