This role involves process design, Equipment Programming, installation, preventive maintenance planning, Equipment Maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Description</h2><p><b>Your Role –</b></p><ul><li>Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot PCB Assembly equipment to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>Hands-on experience in maintaining Fuji AIMEX Lines, including placement head maintenance.</li><li>Program and generate recipes for Printer, Koh Young SPI &amp; AOI, and Fuji Placement Machines.</li><li>Knowledge of Fuji Flexa / Nexim software is an added advantage.</li><li>Strong programming knowledge of Koh Young inspection equipment – AOI (mandatory).</li><li>Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.</li><li>Prepare periodic maintenance checklists and develop maintenance plans.</li><li>Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime.</li><li>Assist in process optimization to improve efficiency, yield, and quality.</li><li>Participate in failure analysis with Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) for placement-related issues and support yield improvement initiatives.</li><li>Process design and prepare relevant stage wise WI’s.</li><li>Knowledge of jigs/fixture design to optimise processes.</li><li>Ensure to comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.</li><li>Prepare Critical list of spares and maintain.</li></ul><p><b>Your Profile...</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Electronics engineering with minimum 4 years of experience or</li><li>Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering, with 6 years of relevant experience.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Time Type:</b></p>Full time<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Type:</b></p>Regular<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Work Shift:</b></p>N/A<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Pay Rate Type:</b></p>Salary<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><i><span class="emphasis-3">All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sex, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or on the basis of disability.</span></i></p>
