Job Description:

Supports accurate and timely processing of payroll, in conjunction with the Payroll team. Reviews and ensures wage expenses are allocated to the appropriate department. Reviews employee expense reports for policy compliance and flags policy violations to be corrected. Researches and resolves payroll issues, and responds promptly to all payroll-related questions from employees. Reviews, reconciles, and balances payroll and benefits data for varying and monthly payroll. Maintains accurate records, updates and monitors retirement, salary, benefits, and position control. Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team. This job is salaried.
