The company has been named among Deloitte's fastest-growing tech companies in North America for multiple consecutive years, and recognized by Newsweek as a Global Most Loved Workplace.   Role Overview   As a TikTok Shop Cross-Border Creator Operations Project Manager, you will support US-based Social Commerce Managers in managing their assigned brands, working in close synergy to align on brand strategy, execution plans, and performance goals, while independently owning the day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop. Core responsibilities include: conducting brand and competitor analysis, maximizing creator outreach, driving video volume, managing affiliate channels, and delivering regular performance reports to accelerate brand GMV growth.   Key Responsibilities   Brand Growth & Analysis Conduct in-depth research on assigned brand categories, perform regular competitor analysis, and identify TikTok Shop growth opportunities Develop and execute strategies to grow video volume, improve creator engagement, and increase affiliate GMV   Collaboration with US-Based Social Commerce Manager Work in close synergy with the US-based Social Commerce Manager to align on brand goals, priorities, and execution plans Provide regular progress updates, proactively flag risks, and ensure smooth cross-timezone communication Translate high-level brand strategies into actionable day-to-day TikTok Shop operations   Creator Outreach & Pipeline   Independently identify, outreach, and negotiate with target creators to rapidly expand the creator database Manage the full creator partnership pipeline: outreach → sample request → video tracking → payment reconciliation   Affiliate & Campaign Management Recruit and manage affiliate creators and brand ambassadors to maintain consistent content output Plan and execute creator campaigns aligned with brand KPIs and Account Manager strategy   TikTok Shop Operations Monitor core platform metrics in real time and continuously optimize campaign strategies to maximize reach and GMV Ensure smooth creator outreach, stable sample supply, and maximum video output across all assigned brands Continuously refine creator briefs and communication scripts to improve content quality and posting frequency   TikTok Shop Backend Operations & Data Analysis Conduct regular multi-dimensional analysis of active products for assigned brands, including sales trends, conversion rates, average order value, and competitor benchmarking, to identify hero SKUs and high-potential new products Proficiently use TikTok Shop backend creator tools (Creator Marketplace / Affiliate Center) to proactively reach out to target creators, managing the full flow from invitation and sample request to partnership confirmation Evaluate creator selling ability from a category perspective by analyzing historical shoppable video GMV, view-to-conversion rates, audience profiles, and category fit to identify high-ROI creator partners Continuously optimize creator category recommendation strategies by combining product performance data with creator category selling metrics to improve overall selling efficiency   Reporting & Quality Deliver accurate, data-driven operational performance reports to the US-based Account Manager on a regular basis Proactively identify potential risks — video volume drops, policy violations, SPS metric fluctuations — and address them before they escalate   Ideal Candidate   Bachelor's degree or above; fresh graduates welcome; candidates with internship experience in ecommerce operations, creator marketing, or project management preferred Familiarity with TikTok Shop platform policies, creator ecosystems, and affiliate selling mechanisms; hands-on experience preferred Fluent in written and spoken English, able to independently handle daily emails and meetings with US-based teams (required) Strong data sensitivity with proficiency in Excel / data dashboards for performance tracking and analysis Self-motivated with the ability to independently manage multiple brands in parallel with minimal guidance Cross-cultural communication awareness; comfortable collaborating with international teams and adapting to flexible working styles Prior experience with cross-border ecommerce platforms (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc.) preferred
