As part of the Market Access, Public Affairs and Patient Programs Leadership Team (MAPLT), oversees the strategy, evolution, and operations of our Patient Support Programs, services and associated innovative patient and health system solutions.
Responsible for leading a team of Senior PSP Program Managers, who are accountable for a select number of PSPs and develop program strategy, manage program operations, oversee vendor performance and leverage insights to inform program evolution.
The Associate Director works in full compliance with laws, regulations, business rules and BMS standards of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Compensation Overview:

The final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience and in accordance with pay equity principles and applicable employment laws.
