The Patient Journey Partner (PJP) is at the center of Roche organization, directly accountable to deliver better outcomes for patients, their community, the ecosystem and the organization, faster. The PJP is an empowered leader and the local face of Roche. She or he partners closely with all stakeholders directly touching the patient journey (in a given therapeutic or disease area), gaining a deep understanding of their needs in order to connect Roche’s capabilities to co-create meaningful solutions.
The Patient Journey Partner (PJP) acts as a trusted partner and key point of contact for stakeholders involved in the Oncology patient journey across Sumatera. As the local face of Roche, the PJP works closely with healthcare professionals, healthcare institutions, and cross-functional Roche teams to better understand patient and healthcare system needs and improve patient outcomes.
In this role, you will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and relevant stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem to better understand patient and healthcare system needs
Develop a deep understanding of the patient journey, including key challenges, unmet needs, and opportunities to improve patient care and access within the assigned therapeutic area
Collaborate with cross-functional Roche teams to identify, develop, and implement solutions that create meaningful value for patients, stakeholders, and the broader healthcare community
Support the appropriate and compliant use of Roche products by sharing scientific and product information in a truthful, balanced, and patient-focused manner
Lead stakeholder engagement planning and execution based on customer insights, healthcare landscape understanding, and evolving patient needs
Identify opportunities for collaboration that help address barriers within the healthcare system and improve patient outcomes and experiences
Coordinate and mobilize the appropriate internal expertise, resources, and support to respond effectively to stakeholder needs while ensuring a positive experience with Roche’s people, products, and services
You are passionate about improving patient outcomes and building meaningful partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem. You bring a collaborative mindset, strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, and the ability to navigate a dynamic and evolving healthcare environment.
You bring:
A university degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree such as an MBA is a plus
Experience in stakeholder engagement within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industry, with the ability to build trusted long-term partnerships
Good understanding of the Indonesia healthcare system and the broader healthcare ecosystem
Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations, ethical standards, and compliance requirements in Indonesia
Understanding of patient journeys, treatment pathways, and stakeholder dynamics within the Oncology area
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and functions
Strategic thinking, learning agility, and an interest in innovation and healthcare transformation to help improve patient outcomes
