Join Sanofi Digital and you can play a vital part in the performance of our entire business while helping to make an impact on million patients around the world.</i> </p><p></p><p>The Patient DevOps Release Manager oversees end-to-end release governance, ensuring that application and data platform changes across Salesforce, Informatica IICS, AWS services, Python-based APIs, and Snowflake environments are delivered reliably, securely, and with repeatable DevOps practices. This role blends coordination, technical depth, and process rigor to ensure high-quality deployments across complex, multi-cloud ecosystems. </p><p></p><p>The Patient DevOps Release Manager is a hands-on technical expert responsible for implementing, optimizing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, environment architecture, deployment automation, quality gates, and operational readiness. This role works closely with product, QA testing, developers, cybersecurity, and release teams to ensure delivery velocity, reliability, and engineering efficiency. </p><p></p><p><b>Main Responsibilities </b></p><p></p><p><b>Release Management </b></p><ul><li>Optimize the full release lifecycle—planning, scheduling, tracking, deployment, and post-release validation across Salesforce, IICS, AWS, and Snowflake platforms. </li><li>Maintain unified release calendars, ensuring cross-team alignment for CRM, integration, data, and cloud engineering initiatives. </li><li>Govern release quality gates including code review compliance, regression readiness, sandbox alignment, metadata/version control hygiene, and automated testing results. </li><li>Drive Go/No-Go processes with stakeholders in engineering, QA, cybersecurity, compliance, and business teams. </li><li>Ensure rollback strategies, deployment documentation, and release impact assessments are consistently defined and executed. </li></ul><p></p><p><b>DevOps Engineering </b></p><ul><li>Manage CI/CD pipelines supporting Salesforce (SFDX, Metadata API), IICS (CI/CD automation frameworks), AWS, Python, and Snowflake (SQL automation, data pipeline promotions). </li><li>Implement build and deployment automation, enforce branching strategies, and increase pipeline reliability through automated quality checks. </li><li>Oversee environment management: sandbox refresh coordination, AWS environment parity, Snowflake role/security alignment, and integration configuration consistency. </li><li>Collaborate with engineering teams to standardize release-ready development practices, Peer Review norms, and DevOps patterns. </li><li>Monitor release performance metrics (deployment frequency, failure rate, MTTR, pipeline health) and continuously optimize processes. </li><li>Maintain and update GitHub Actions workflows to ensure reliable CI/CD automation and alignment with project needs. </li></ul><p></p><p><b>About You </b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MS, MBA) preferred. </li><li>Experience with release management, environment orchestration, and SDLC processes </li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and test lifecycle management </li><li>Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced delivery environment </li><li>Experience with digital health ecosystems, EHR, and clinical integrations preferred. </li><li>Strong knowledge of Salesforce development practices and cloud engineering. </li><li>Highly organized, strong communicator, adept in cross-functional coordination. </li><li>Fluent in English; an additional language is a plus. </li></ul><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1>Pursue <i>progress</i>, discover <i>extraordinary</i></h1><p>Better is out there.
