Join Roche, where every voice matters.</p><h3></h3><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3>The Position</h3><p>To strengthen Roche Ukraine’s role as a trusted, transparent, and long-term partner of the Ukrainian healthcare ecosystem by building authentic collaborations with patient organizations.<br /> Patients Associations Engagement Lead (PAL) ensures that patients’ voices and lived experiences inform Roche’s strategy, supporting access to innovation, disease awareness, and health-system resilience in Ukraine.</p><p></p><p><span style="font-size:14px">Key Responsibilities</span></p><p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:14px">1. Patient-organization engagement</span></span></p><p>●<span style="font-size:14px">     </span>Map and prioritize national and regional patient associations across Roche’s key therapeutic areas (oncology, rare diseases, neuroscience, ophthalmology).<br /></p><p>●<span style="font-size:14px">     </span>Build long-term, trust-based partnerships guided by Roche values and compliance standards.<br /></p><p>●<span style="font-size:14px">     </span>Co-create awareness and education projects that improve patient literacy, empowerment, and access to care.<br /></p><p>●<span style="font-size:14px">     </span>Ensure all collaborations are transparent, documented, and publicly disclosed according to EFPIA codes of ethics and Ukrainian legislation.<br /><br /></p><p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:14px">2. Advocacy and ecosystem development</span></span></p><p>●<span style="font-size:14px">     </span>Collaborate with patient associations leaders and healthcare NGOs to identify policy and access barriers; co-develop proposals for improvement.<br /></p><p>●<span style="font-size:14px">     </span>Support patient organizations’ capacity-building (training, data, communication, networking).<br /></p><p>●<span style="font-size:14px">     </span>Contribute to Roche Ukraine’s footprint communication — showcasing how patient collaboration drives systemic impact.<br /><br /></p><p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:14px">3. Internal partnership</span></span></p><p>●<span style="font-size:14px">     </span>Act as the link between patients and internal teams (Medical Affairs, Market Access, Communications, Public Affairs).<br /></p><p>●<span style="font-size:14px">     </span>Bring patient insights into strategic discussions, access dossiers, and public affairs initiatives.<br /></p><p>●<span style="font-size:14px">     </span>Train internal colleagues on ethical engagement and patient-centered decision-making.<br /><br /></p><p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:14px">4.
