Join Roche, where every voice matters.</p><h3></h3><p></p><h3>The Position</h3><p>Position - Partner - BD &amp; Alliances</p><p>Location - Location Agnostics</p><p></p><p><b>Your Opportunity </b></p><p></p><p><span>You will support the affiliate in developing new alliances, manage complete partnership operations for the </span><span>active alliances and provide commercial support for the products that are outsourced to partners</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Partnership Management:</span></b></p><ul><li><h2><span>Be the Roche SPOC for the business partner for overall alliance management</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions to drive key initiatives that are critical for ensuring smooth partnership operations</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Co-create solutions for the challenges that arise from partnership operations</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Project management of critical partnership activities</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Business planning for the partnership portfolio and assess the potential impact of important market events on the performance of the partnership brands</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Ensure implementation of the monthly governance process</span></h2></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Commercial support:</span></b></p><ul><li><h2><span>Co-create annual brand plans with business partners and support in implementation</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Leverage Roche’s global resources and medico-marketing material available for the partnership brands</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Develop launch strategy with the partner for any new products / indication expansions that are planned to be introduced  </span></h2></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>Business Development:</span></b></p><ul><li><h2><span>Identify newer areas of collaboration with existing / new partners</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Perform a thorough assessment of potential partners and the proposals</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Support in the discussions / negotiations with new partners</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Once partnership decisions are finalized, drive the overall partner onboarding process</span></h2></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>Who You Are</span></b></p><p></p><ul><li><h2><span>3 to 4 years of experience in Healthcare consulting</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Experience from consulting background/Pharma organizations would be an added advantage</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>MBA from Tier 1 university </span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Collaborative approach is must in this position</span></h2></li></ul><p><b> </b></p><p><b> </b></p><p></p><h3>Who we are</h3><p style="text-align:left">A healthier future drives us to innovate.
