Description
Preparation of buffers and reagents. Manipulation of primary human tissues and immortalized cell lines, including peripheral blood mononuclear cells and bone marrow derived mononuclear cells sourced from cancer and non-cancer patient samples. Immunofluorescent staining for surface antibodies and viability. Sample acquisition via flow cytometry. Maintenance and QC of flow cytometry instrumentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in cell biology, immunology or related field. Comfortable working with primary human tissues. Experienced in the use of basic laboratory equipment (i.e., scales, pipets and centrifuges). Strong attention to detail. Ability to work late afternoon and evening shifts.
