Don't hesitate, come and join us!</p> <p></p> <p><strong>👥About This Opportunity – Paralegal / Assistant(e) Juridique (France - Paris)</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Missions:</strong></p> <ul class="f78a898c _9153b0a6"> <li>Support the contract lifecycle process, including filing, tracking, and maintaining records and templates in the contract management system</li> <li>Maintain and update legal databases, tracking tools and document management system</li> <li>Ensure accurate updating and monitoring of legal trackers</li> <li>Maintain and update compliance and legal tools, including the e-training platform and legal e-repository</li> <li>Assist with compliance processes and submissions, including sanctions screening, anti-gift policy monitoring, and sunshine regulations, notably through the use of dedicated e-tools.</li> <li>Provide administrative support to ensure that legal references are accurately included on documents and brochures</li> <li>Help organize internal legal processes and maintain corporate and legal records</li> <li>Provide assistance in various legal workflows</li> <li>Assist in the preparation and submission of corporate filings</li> <li>Coordinate signatures, notarizations, and document legalization</li> <li>Support the tracking and reporting of compliance training activities delivered either online or offline</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul class="f78a898c _9153b0a6"> <li>Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field</li> <li>5+ years of experience in a similar paralegal role (in-house or law firm)</li> <li>Strong knowledge of legal terminology, processes, and documentation</li> <li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills</li> <li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management tools</li> <li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion</li> <li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Fluent in written and spoken English</li> </ul> <p></p> <p>More information please go to <a href="http://www.baltgroup.com">www.baltgroup.com</a> </p> <p> </p> <p><em>Please be aware of a current job offer scam perpetrated through the use of the internet.
