With revenues of more than $40 billion and the largest investment in R&D in the industry, we give our people the resources and opportunities to make significant contributions to the world. </div><div>A day in the Life: </div><div><ul><li>Work within a manufacturing environment both individually and within a team to ensure customers receive a product that exceeds quality specifications. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Communicate with several work groups to ensure the completion of daily production. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Work in both standard and clean room environments while adhering to area-specific PPE requirements. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Safely operate manual and automated filling equipment. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Safely operate pallet jacks. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Handle and process materials that are in temperature sensitive conditions in accordance with established policies and procedures. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Satisfactorily complete Thermo Fisher Scientific training requirements on time and operate within all ISO, GMP, and FDA standards pertaining to Frederick Site Manufacturing Operations. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>May be required to perform as a work-order lead </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned. </li></ul></div><div>Keys to Success: </div><div>Education </div><div><ul><li>Required: High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Required: 1 Year Experience in a cGMP environment</li></ul></div><div>Experience </div><div><ul><li>Preferred: Experience in an FDA regulated environment or equivalent. </li></ul></div><div>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities </div><div><ul><li>Ability to consistently and independently follow policies and procedures, instructions, and to meet production schedules. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proficient verbal and written communication skills. </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Knowledge of the metric system, and ability to perform conversions. </li></ul></div><div>Benefits </div><div>We offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
