The operator must strictly abide by occupational health, safety, and environmental management requirements, maintain a safe working environment, and contribute to environmental protection efforts.</p><p>负责试剂生产。严格遵守职业健康安全及环境管理要求&#xff0c;维护安全工作环境&#xff0c;助力环境保护工作。 </p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b><b>关键职责</b>&#xff1a;</p><ul><li>Perform formulation and/or filling and/or package independently for reagents, liquid media according to DMR. Complete the batch record timely and accurately.</li></ul><p>根据产品批记录&#xff0c;能独立进行配料和/或灌装和/或包装的工作。及时准确的完成批记录的填写。</p><p></p><ul><li>Online problems with formulation and/or filling and/or package line can be detected and reported in a timely manner and attempts to resolve them are preferred.</li></ul><p>配料和/或灌装和/或包装在线问题能被发现并及时准备汇报&#xff0c;如能尝试解决更佳。</p><p></p><ul><li>Perform in-process testing associated with manufacturing, such as PH, conductivity and osmotic testing.</li></ul><p>生产过程的相关测试&#xff0c;如PH、电导率和渗透压等。</p><p></p><ul><li>Calculate raw material volumes required for each batch according to the requirements of DMR.</li></ul><p>根据产品批记录要求计算原材料的加料配比。</p><ul><li>Responsible for 6S of production area, line clearance activities and line opening activities per working instruction requirements.</li></ul><p>依据工作指导书的要求,负责生产区域的6S工作、清线工作和开线工作。</p><p></p><ul><li>Responsible for daily maintenance &amp; inspection of production line per working instruction requirements.</li></ul><p>依据工作指导书的要求,负责生产线的日常维护和点检。</p><p></p><ul><li>Perform the daily &amp; prevent maintenance of Formulation and/or filling and/or package.</li></ul><p>配料和/或灌装和/或包装的日保养及预防性保养</p><p></p><ul><li>Work with level sensors to obtain knowledge of upper and lower limits and capacity.</li></ul><p>理解相关的传感器上下限和能力的知识。</p><p></p><ul><li>Participate in the regular emergency evacuation drills organized by the company and demonstrate understanding of basic emergency response and evacuation procedures.</li></ul><p>参与公司定期组织的应急疏散演练&#xff0c;掌握基本应急响应与逃生技能。</p><p></p><ul><li>Identify and report potential safety hazards and environmental risks and support the implementation of EHS improvement initiatives.</li></ul><p>识别和报告潜在的安全隐患与环境风险&#xff0c;支持现场EHS改进措施的实施。</p><p></p><ul><li>Comply with chemical management and waste segregation requirements to ensure environmental regulations are met.</li></ul><p>遵守化学品管理与废弃物分类要求&#xff0c;确保操作过程符合环保规定。</p><p></p><ul><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>履行分配的其他职责。</p><p></p><p><b>Qualifications</b><b>要求</b><b>:</b></p><ul><li>College degree or above in chemical, biological engineering or equivalent</li><li></li><li>At least 3 years operation on IVD manufacturing or other relevant industry &#xff08;Food&#xff0c;Cosmetics&#xff09;.</li></ul><p>3年以上体外诊断试剂生产制造业操作或其他相关行业&#xff08;食品、化妆品&#xff09;经验</p><ul><li>Not limit on male or female, good working attitude, honest, patient and careful</li></ul><p>男女不限&#xff0c;良好的工作态度&#xff0c;正直&#xff0c;仔细</p><ul><li>Would like to attend OT if required.</li></ul><p>愿意按公司的要求服从加班的需要</p><ul><li>Chemical or biological reagent experience is preferred.</li></ul><p>有化学或生物试剂生产经验优先</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
