Occasional need for night shift.</p><p>Competitive starting wage.<br /> </p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Ensure equipment is used safely, effectively, and efficiently to maximize production and product quality.  Particular attention paid to time management, quality of work, and housekeeping.</p></li><li><p>Ability to understand and operate equipment and all aspects of the plant operation.</p></li><li><p>Adhere by company policies, procedures and competency-based training programs.</p></li><li><p>Timely and accurate completion of all paperwork generated by their daily duties.</p></li><li><p>Other duties as required.<br /> </p></li></ul><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Completed a high school diploma or equivalent education.</p></li><li><p>Heavy Equipment operation experience is an asset.</p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Safety tickets: H2s Alive, First Aid, WHMIS is considered an asset.</p></li><li><p>Railcar handling experience is an asset.<br /> </p></li></ul><p>Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes, including a criminal background check and drug screen, as permitted or required by applicable law.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, <span>candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes</span> as permitted or required by applicable law</span><span>.</span></p>
