If you are excited about a role but don&#39;t meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Summary</h2><p><i>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a <b><u>Operations Training Specialist </u></b>located in <b><u>Guadalajara, South.</u></b> </i></p><p></p><p><i>Reporting to the Operations Training Manager, the Operations Training Specialist will be responsible of Program management of Learning programs, Co-ordination and Training delivery to the assigned client group(s) within operations and providing on-going coaching and feedback to ensure associates have the necessary skills to meet the requirements of their position.</i></p><p></p><p><b><span>What a typical day looks like:</span></b></p><ul><li><i>Delivers new hire training and other training programs to assigned client groups.</i></li><li><i>Evaluates training to ensure effectiveness and that associates have the necessary skills to perform job duties.</i></li><li><i>Maintains business relationships with management liaisons to ensure feedback on process and results of the training are incorporated into the ongoing curriculum.</i></li><li><i>Conducts classroom and On-the-Job Training for operators and technicians when the need arises. Reporting and learning evaluation: (impact after the session as well as impact in day-to-day results).
