Reporting to the Operation Training Supervisor, the Operations Trainer role involves being responsible for assisting and training the employees in their job responsibilities, standard work, keep the certification/records percentage goals, perform actions for quality finds.What a typical day looks like: <ul><li>Support standard work and training practices.</li><li>Update individual employee training tracking as necessary.</li><li>Validate training effectiveness through the audit process. </li><li>Train employees to ensure confidence and success for Flex employment. </li><li>Provide support to address production defects in order to reduce the quantity of mistakes on the assembly floor as necessary.</li><li>Assure and conduct high quality, calibrate training across all sites. </li><li>Partner in safety, engineering and quality training within the site.</li><li>Develop themselves and others to support organizational readiness.</li><li>Act as a liaison for “Best Practice” communication across the sites.</li><li>Provide evidence of training and matrix reports as necessary.</li><li>Update area matrix reports on a daily basis with pertinent information (Courses completed, missing, percentage, etc.).</li></ul>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:<ul><li>Manage projects effectively while collaborating within cross-functional teams.</li><li>Adhere to all departmental policies, procedures, ergonomic standards, and safety requirements.</li><li>Implement and maintain 5S + 1 methods to enhance workplace organization.</li><li>Model exemplary workplace behavior and demonstrate effective Ways of Working in the facility.</li><li>Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint and video creation skills for presentations and training materials.</li><li>Focus on continuous improvement through training and development initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.</li><li>Ability to speak and understand English, bilingual preferred.</li></ul>What you'll receive for the great work you provide:<ul><li>Full range of medical, dental, and vision plans</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>Short-term and Long-term Disability</li><li>Matching 401(k) Contributions</li><li>Vacation and Paid Sick Time</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>Job Category</h2>OperationsRelocation: Not eligible<h2></h2>Is Sponsorship Available?NoFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
