Guide operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and financial targets. Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external customers, coordinating cross-functional activities to meet customer commitments and business objectives.<br /><br />REQUIREMENTS:<br />• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of experience in operations management in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably pharmaceutical/medical device<br />• Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Science, or related technical field<br />• Professional certifications in Supply Chain, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing a plus<br />• Strong knowledge of cGMP, quality systems, and regulatory requirements<br />• Proven experience leading, developing and supporting teams<br />• Demonstrated ability to implement operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives<br />• Strong project management and problem-solving skills<br />• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with all levels of organization<br />• Experience with ERP systems, lean manufacturing, and process improvement methodologies<br />• Ability to analyze data and metrics to implement performance improvements<br />• Budget management and financial acumen<br />• Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple priorities<br />• Ability to work in cleanroom/controlled environments and use required PPE when needed<br />• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications<br />• Demonstrates commitment to company values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement<br />• Some positions may require shift work and on-call responsibilities<br />• Travel up to 20% may be required for some roles</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><u><b>Compensation and Benefits</b></u></p>The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $103,100.00–$154,700.00.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
