The O2C team has two key elements, the design</span><span><span> </span></span><span>and ownership<span> </span></span><span>of<span> </span></span><span>global<span> </span></span><span>O2C<span> </span></span><span>processes and the operational<span> </span></span><span>service<span> </span></span><span>delivery<span> </span></span><span>responsibility.</span></span><span> </span></p><p></p></div><div><p><span><span>The O2C team has representation in Cambridge (UK), Warsaw (Poland), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia</span><span>)</span><span><span> </span>and San Jose (Costa Rica)</span><span>. We are supported by Genpact operating from Delhi (India), Cluj (Romania), Lublin (Poland)</span><span>,</span><span><span> </span>Guatemala City (Guatemala</span><span>)</span><span><span> </span>and<span> </span></span><span>Uberlandia (</span><span>Brazil</span><span>)</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><b><span>Main duties and responsibilities:<span> </span></span><span> </span></b></p></div><div><ul><li><span><span>U</span><span>se</span><span><span> </span></span><span>data</span><span>,<span> </span></span><span>analytics,<span> </span></span><span>knowledge</span><span><span> </span>and<span> </span></span><span>expertise</span><span><span> </span>to<span> </span></span><span>i</span><span>dentify</span><span><span> </span></span><span>continuous improvement<span> </span></span><span>opportunities</span><span>. </span></span><span> </span></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><span><span>Work to deliver robust sustainable and scalable solutions,<span> </span></span><span>fix</span><span><span> </span>and drive change; maximise technical efficiency and improve effectiveness on ways of working the ‘end to end</span><span>’.</span></span><span> </span></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><span><span>Interact<span> </span></span><span>and work closely<span> </span></span><span>with<span> </span></span><span>fellow O2C team members</span><span>,</span><span><span> </span>provide enhancements to overcome operational challenges to positively influence business outcomes and customer experience</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><span><span>Work collaboratively across organisational and geographical boundaries</span><span><span> </span>to ensure service levels are<span> </span></span><span>maintained</span><span><span> </span>or improved.</span></span><span> </span></li></ul></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><p><b><span>Essential requirements:<span> </span> </span></b></p><div><ul><li><p>At least 5 years extensive experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), along with expertise or an interest in banking within a corporate setting.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA is also required.</p></li><li><p>Inquisitive, energetic, proactive and self-motivated with the capability to build strong internal and external relationships with global stakeholders.
